My MP3 is a lifeline because it overcomes the sheer boredom of what I need to do to get fit. <BR/>Having said that, I find I do pay attention to what I'm doing on the treadmill. Music is one way of reminding myself that I love to dance and it takes the whole experience up a notch. I must be the only person in my gym that ...I agree! I must be the only person in my gym that isnt Ipoded. I dont used an ipod or a cd player, I like to think about my work out and know what I am doing. I am one of the few ppl in the gym that carries a note pad around with me. i like to keep track of my progress and since I have a bad memory I have to write it down.
